We are experienced in supplying temporary, freelance and permanent catering and hospitality disciplines to numerous companies around the UK from craft to management level.

Time 4 are on the preferred supplier list of many key national companies as well as providing a quality local service to our valued local clients. We can cover absence or holiday periods as well as providing a complete workforce to cover the busy periods of the year to run your front of house, kitchen and banqueting services or organising permanent employees.

At Time 4 Recruitment we know the importance of matching the right candidate to the right contract and client, and complete a detailed description of work during the booking process to make sure of this. Our catering divisional manager and team have worked within the catering industry, running restaurants, hotels and bars so have a clear understanding of what is needed both from a client and worker point of view.

We provide catering and hospitality training required for each role to ensure all workers have a standard, quality skill set. For ten or more workers one of our experienced team will undertake a location check in and allocate a designated supervisor.

Whether a candidate or client, you will receive regular communication, including location visits and calls, to make sure both parties are happy and a 24 hour telephone mobile service in case of queries.

As we have an in-house accounts team we can make sure all our temporary workers are paid accurately and on time.

We are SMAS accredited, employ a specialist health and safety advisor, and are members of the governing body the REC, so you can be sure we have all the quality and health and safety procedures in place to provide the top standard of service.

We always require proof of qualifications, a detailed work history with references, or proof of time served apprenticeships.
